# Sign and return to your purchase

When you choose a direct purchase by wire transfer, Zelle, or Gram, choose
**Review and sign on DocuSeal (new tab)** to open your agreement in a
separate tab. Read and sign it there, then return to Namegarage and choose
**Check signing status**.

The purchase page distinguishes your signature from a completed agreement.
After you sign, the seller must countersign before payment is due. While
that is pending, the page says that nothing is owed yet. Once both
signatures are recorded, it shows the next payment step. For Gram, that
is when the invoice becomes available.

Confirmation may take a moment to reach the purchase page. If DocuSeal
shows that you have signed but the page is still waiting, use **Check
signing status** again. A temporary check failure leaves your purchase
and signing link intact.

You can also copy **Keep this link to return to your purchase**. The
invitation email includes a return link, so closing a tab does not mean
starting a new agreement. Reopening that link restores the same purchase
and its current status. Keep it private: it provides access to your
purchase details.

Signing is followed by payment and payment verification. The signed
agreement alone does not mark a wire or Zelle transfer as received, and
the domain is not transferred merely because the signing tab was closed.
