# Tell us why you're writing

Our [Contact us page](/contact/) now asks why you're writing. Choose a reason
from the list, such as a price question, a payment that didn't go through or a
trademark concern, so your message reaches us with its context.

You can also leave a phone number if you'd like a call about your message. It's
optional, and we use it only for that.

Two new boxes let you ask for deals and news from Namegarage, by email or by
text. Both are optional and start unticked, and leaving them unticked doesn't
change our answer. If you tick the email box, we send one email asking you to
confirm, and we send no deals to an address that hasn't confirmed. Texts start
only after a confirmation text of their own; see our [SMS terms](/sms/).

Namegarage sells domain names. If you meant to reach a different company with a
similar name, please contact them directly: we can't help with their accounts or
orders. Our [privacy policy](/privacy/) explains how we keep your message and
your choices.
