A clearer final payment

Eligible monthly card plans now offer a larger final payment. The calculator shows each payment and the total to own before you confirm. Existing agreements keep their original terms.

Easy Start lowers the opening payments and raises later payments. A balloon instead lowers the regular payments and leaves a larger required payment at the end. Choose a balloon with zero down and no Easy Start. Ordinary plans can still combine a down payment with Easy Start when they qualify.

The choices target 25%, 40% or 50% of the cash price for the final payment on plans with at least 12 payment slots. Whole-dollar rounding can increase the actual final amount. Read that amount beside the monthly figure; the percentage is a target, not a promise of exact dollars.

For a synthetic $10,000 cash price over 24 slots, a $1,000 fixed surcharge and a 40% target give 23 payments of $304 and a $4,008 final payment. That is $11,000 total to own, with $304 due today. Slot 24 is 23 monthly billing intervals after the first payment. The first automatic payment sets the monthly billing day, clamped to the last day of that month when needed. Later payments use that billing day.

There is no extra balloon surcharge. The calculator separates the cash price, fixed payment-plan surcharge, any Easy Start surcharge and total to own. A longer schedule does not start accruing interest after a fee-free opening period. The exact added dollars and every payment belong on the page before you confirm. A bundle adds separately allocated schedules for each domain.

Stripe processes card payments; it does not hold domains in escrow. Ownership stays with the seller until every required payment is confirmed. The larger final amount is required to complete ownership, not an optional purchase price or a promise of refinancing.

For new agreements under the revised terms, a missed payment needs notice and a cure deadline at least 14 calendar days after both its due date and the first accepted default notice. If the default remains uncured, the seller must stop and verify collections and confirm domain control before completing return. Prior payments are retained subject to law and the stated exceptions. No remaining purchase balance is collected or accelerated after termination.

Review the Terms of Sale and the complete schedule before agreeing. Existing plans keep their original terms. Escrow.com transactions follow their own provider agreement.

For new agreements, buyers can also end an unpaid plan by written request and give up domain use. Cancellation takes effect when we receive the verified request. We keep the domain and prior payments, subject to law and the stated exceptions, and collect no remaining purchase balance or cancellation fee. Any charge completed after the request needs correction or refund review.

Early payoff on eligible new plans credits confirmed payments and removes future payment-plan and Easy Start surcharges. Each fee is allocated across the scheduled payment periods, with cumulative cent rounding. We show the exact reduction and payoff for confirmation, with no payoff fee. Ownership transfer still requires payment verification, closed collections and seller review.
