Important notice. Every price, lease rate, and valuation shown on this website is an automated estimate, not a binding offer to sell or lease. No sale is concluded until the seller manually reviews and explicitly approves the transaction inside Escrow.com. Prices may contain errors and may be corrected or withdrawn at any time before that approval.
1. How prices are produced
Listed prices are generated automatically. For each domain, the figure is a blended estimate derived from independent third-party appraisal services (currently Atom.com, agent.ai, and GoDaddy GoValue) combined by an automated pricing routine. Domains for which no external appraisal is available are shown as make-an-offer only, with no listed price.
Because this process is automated and depends on external data, listed figures can be wrong — through data-feed errors, synchronization delays, service outages, software defects, or accidental data-entry ("fat-finger") mistakes. A listed figure is therefore an invitation to treat (an invitation for you to make an offer), not a firm offer capable of acceptance. Displaying a price, accepting an inquiry, or a buyer beginning a checkout does not by itself create a contract.
2. When a binding agreement is formed
A binding agreement is formed only when, and on the terms on which, the seller expressly approves the transaction within Escrow.com. The binding price and payment schedule are exclusively those confirmed by the seller in Escrow.com — not any number displayed on this website. If a website figure and the seller-approved Escrow.com figure differ, the Escrow.com figure that the seller approves governs, and the buyer is free to decline it.
3. Sale and approval process
- Buyer inquiry / intent. The buyer expresses interest, makes an offer, or starts a checkout based on a non-binding estimate.
- Escrow.com transaction. The transaction is routed to Escrow.com, the designated escrow facilitator. Funds a buyer pays are held by Escrow.com, not by the seller.
- Seller verification. The seller reviews the transaction to confirm the price and terms are correct and free of the errors described in Section 1.
- Seller decision. The transaction stays non-binding until the seller expressly approves it in Escrow.com. The seller may decline a transaction whose listed price or terms reflect a pricing error or other anomaly. Where the seller declines, any funds the buyer paid remain with Escrow.com and are returned to the buyer under Escrow.com's procedures — the seller does not hold or keep them.
- Completion. After seller approval and buyer funding, Escrow.com confirms funds, the seller transfers the domain, and the transaction closes under Escrow.com's process.
4. Good faith and equal treatment
The seller's decision to approve or decline a transaction is based solely on the correctness of the price and transaction terms. That decision is applied uniformly and without regard to the identity, location, nationality, business, or any other characteristic of the buyer. The seller does not use the verification step to discover a buyer's identity and then raise the price on that buyer: where the seller identifies a listing error, the seller will decline the affected transaction and, where practical, correct the listed price for all prospective buyers rather than re-quote a higher price to a particular buyer. A declined transaction does not entitle the buyer to demand the erroneous price, and the seller is under no obligation to sell at a price it has identified as mistaken.
5. No warranty; "as is" pricing
ALL LISTED PRICES, VALUATIONS, AND LEASE RATES ARE PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS, WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING ANY WARRANTY OF ACCURACY, MERCHANTABILITY, OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. THE SELLER DOES NOT WARRANT THAT ANY LISTED PRICE IS ACCURATE, CURRENT, OR ERROR-FREE.
6. Limitation of liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, THE SELLER AND ITS AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY LOST PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR OPPORTUNITY, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO ANY PRICING INACCURACY, ALGORITHMIC OR DATA ERROR, SYSTEM FAULT, OR DECLINED OR CANCELLED TRANSACTION. BY USING THIS WEBSITE OR INITIATING A TRANSACTION, THE BUYER WAIVES ANY RIGHT TO ENFORCE A DISPLAYED PRICE THAT THE SELLER HAS NOT EXPRESSLY APPROVED IN ESCROW.COM. THE SELLER'S TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY DISPUTED TRANSACTION IS LIMITED TO THE AMOUNT, IF ANY, THE SELLER ACTUALLY RECEIVED FROM THE BUYER FOR THAT TRANSACTION.
7. Governing law and disputes
These Terms, and any dispute arising from them or from any transaction described here, are governed by the laws of California, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. The parties submit to the courts of Irvine, California for any dispute not resolved through Escrow.com's own dispute process.
8. General
Acceptance. By browsing this website, submitting an offer, or initiating a transaction, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to these Terms.
Severability. If any provision of these Terms is held unenforceable, the remaining provisions stay in full effect.
Entire terms; changes. These Terms are the entire terms governing pricing and the approval process between the buyer and the seller for listings on this website, and supersede prior statements on that subject. The seller may revise these Terms; each revision is published as a new dated version, and every prior version remains available from the version history on this page so that the wording in effect at any given time can be confirmed.
