Poppy discovery for public browsing

Dev blog#website#agents

Namegarage now publishes a Poppy discovery document for personal agents. Poppy, the Personal Agent Protocol, describes how an agent can work with a company on someone's behalf.

Our first release uses its website-only profile. Agents can browse public pages as ordinary signed-out visitors and read the task limits before starting. Purchases, reservations, payments, offers, messages, sign-in, and private records are outside this integration. Tasks that need those actions return to the user.

The public catalog, search API, and MCP remain available without an account or API key. Their documentation explains how to use them directly. They operate independently of Poppy: listing an API inside Poppy would also require its OAuth sessions and DPoP token support.

This implements the website-only profile of Poppy draft 0.3. It adds discovery and clear boundaries for browsing. It offers no Poppy sessions or account access.
